PRE-PLANNING - Our Foundation for Success

From the outset of your project, you will work with a Wright Way Construction Production Manager who is charged with directing your project team. Each Production Manager has an average of 15 of years experience in construction management, as well as a background in business, civil engineering, and/or architecture. Once your project is broken down into the basics, all the costs and schedules are fully analyzed, a seasoned Foreman performs a constructability review, and the details are refined to ensure a smooth, well-coordinated effort.

SCHEDULING - Roadmap to Success

At Wright Way Construction, we understand the importance of completing your project on time - and on budget. Regardless of how aggressive the timeframe, we work with you to meet your goals. Our Production Managers and Foremen coordinate each project, making on-going adjustments to the schedule and delivering accurate and achievable updates regarding the progress of your project.

Our Production Managers work with you while diligently supporting the architects and engineers on the design team, removing distraction and cultivating space for creative quality design and documentation. In fact, more than 85% of our new business comes from referrals of our customers and architects.
