Code of Ethics

Wright Way Construction is a professional company dedicated to maintaining the highest quality of building practices demonstrating pride in workmanship, self-respect and high standards of ethics, safety and financial responsibility.

 All employees are agents of Wright Way Construction and are expected to conduct themselves at all times in accordance with these and all other principals conducive to any professional organization.

Conditions of Employment

No dogs, loud radios, boisterous conduct nor abusive language.   When permitted, radios off when Owner, Architect, Inspector or other noni-employee present.

  • No alcohol or drug use before or during the workday nor on or around the job site following a shift.
  • No smoking on the job site nor during working hours.   Smoking only permitted before and after work or lunch breaks off the job site or in designated employee parking locations.   Absolutely no cigarette butts on or around the work site or parking locations.
  • No-shows” are unacceptable.   Personal business will be scheduled outside the work shift.   Any non-emergency appointments or leaves of absence scheduled during working hours are discouraged and must be pre-approved.
  • Late shows at commencement of workday and after lunch break are unacceptable.
  • Roll out on the clock and roll up off the clock.
  • Pay week ends on Fridays/Saturdays.   Payday by Wednesday.   No draws.   No exceptions.   Hours to be recorded on time cards daily.   Paychecks handed out after work.
  • Conversations with the presence of Owner or other non-employees regarding job progress, quality, past or current employment history, wages, personalities or job-related problems are to be avoided.
  • No loitering of employee’s friends, family or acquaintances on or
    around the job site.
  • Personal visits and phone calls including cell phone limited to
    non-working hours.
